This is my 300th post. Wow!
It is a sad one as i can not run the New York City Marathon this year. I was signed up but unfortunatelly my injury did not ease off in time. Hard luck!
A daily view on mzungo.org makes life even harder!
One hand in the air for the big city,
Street lights, big dreams all looking pretty,
no place in the World that can compare,

It is all good when Marathon Monday is around. One could not have asked for better conditions at todays 42k around a sunny & chilly Dublin. I cycled the last miles with the leader and eventual winner Moses Kangogo Kibet and took some pictures and movies. All these Africans see a white guy out in front and let’s be honest, they don’t take him seriously!
